    5. Pay for your order directly online.

  • Can I place multiple orders at once?
  • Yes, you can order multiple products with different delivery addresses and pay for them together. Simplicity and convenience are our top priorities!

  • Why support local florists?
  • Ordering directly from a florist is a win-win situation: the florist doesn't pay a commission, so more of your money goes towards your purchase. Especially in challenging times, it's beneficial to support local businesses. Local professionals are best equipped to deliver suitable and unique products on-site—something truly special to enjoy and brighten your home or the recipient's mood.

  • What is Lokalerflorist.de's role?
  • Lokalerflorist.de is an initiative by the Dutch company Kyria 4 Floristen B.V., founded by Heyl.nl, a major online supplier of flowers, plants, and florist supplies. Kyria operates independently. Florists have no obligations to Heyl or Kyria. The focus is solely on providing service to you and the florist.

  • Why is the product range limited?
  • While the product range may seem limited, each product is unique. As the platform is still young, we currently offer only general products. You can select a form and specify your preferences, such as color. The florist will create a beautiful and suitable arrangement for your chosen occasion from their available stock. No standard bouquets—each is unique, personal, and creative.

  • How can I pay?
  • When completing your order, you can pay using credit card, Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Pay Now, SEPA transfer, PayPal and ApplePay.

  • Does the local florist deliver personally?
  • Yes, each florist delivers personally, which is why the delivery area is limited. Choose a truly local florist—they know their area best and can convey your personal message most effectively.

  • Can I create a user account?
  • Yes, you can create a user account to view your orders clearly, make future orders more easily, and place repeat orders without hassle.

  • Are my personal data secure?
  • We handle your personal data with great care. They are not shared with third parties—only with the florist and Lokalerflorist.de. Your data will be deleted upon your request, subject to the minimum data we must retain for tax authorities.
