    • Lokaler Florist BLÜH is the loyalty program for affiliated florists of Lokaler Florist. With BLÜH, we reward your growth, engagement, and the number of orders you complete through Lokaler Florist.

  • Who can participate in BLÜH?

    • Every affiliated florist of Lokaler Florist is automatically enrolled in BLÜH. Are you a new customer? You will automatically start with BLÜH. Are you already a Lokaler Florist customer? Then you are automatically enrolled as well.

  • Do I need to sign up for BLÜH?

    • No. You do not need to activate anything or register separately. As soon as you become a customer of Lokaler Florist, you are automatically enrolled in BLÜH.

  • Which orders count towards BLÜH?

    • We look at the actual number of orders completed through Lokaler Florist. An order therefore counts towards BLÜH once it has been successfully fulfilled.

  • Wann erhalten Sie einen Badge?

    • You receive a badge when you reach one of the fixed BLÜH milestones:
    • 0 orders → Seedling
    • 3 orders → Sprout
    • 25 orders → Growth
    • 100 orders → Bloom
    • 500 orders → Bronze Flower
    • 1,000 orders → Silver Flower
    • 2,500 orders → Gold Flower
    • 5,000 orders → Diamond Flower

  • What happens at the intermediate milestones?

    • In addition to the major badge milestones, there are several intermediate milestones, such as 1, 5, 10, 50, and 250 orders. These achievements are also celebrated with a reward. This ensures that your growth remains visible and rewarded throughout your journey

  • Can I choose which reward I receive?

    • The rewards are assigned in advance to the different BLÜH milestones, so you do not need to make a selection. All rewards and gifts you receive cannot be exchanged for credit, money, or cash.

  • Wat is een Lokaler Florist Ambassadeur?

    • A Lokaler Florist Ambassador is a florist who has reached at least 500 completed orders through Lokaler Florist. This status is awarded automatically, and no registration is required.

  • Where can I see my progress?

    • You can find your current BLÜH status, badges, and progress in your personal dashboard within your customer account.
